Resources
The team will come from varied backgrounds and industries with a wide range of specialties, skill sets, perspectives and work experiences. They will also have their own team of trusted advisors to recommend if needed.
Feedback
Get real unbiased, brutally honest, unfiltered feedback. This is one place that is free of office politics, sacred cows and "yes men". It's good to have your ideas challenged by peers who want to see you succeed.
Guidance
The members of the virtual team will be your own informal board of advisors who can provide you advice on how to lead and better manage your company.
A Plan
You will develop an annual, quarterly and monthly plan with the help of your virtual team chair. You team members will provide you with feedback and the motivation to accomplish your goals.
An opportunity to visit an in person meeting
You are welcome to travel to and join an in person team meeting. Meet other members of Attollo and participate in the annual business planning session to map the direction and goals for the upcoming year.
One on One Coaching Conversations
You will receive expert guidance from your team chair to keep you on track to achieve your plan. During these meetings, you’ll set clear monthly goals and map out action plans with deadlines to achieve them.
